I got a call from this nbr indian accent and stating that someone filed a case against you he mentioned about summon and he left call back nbr i call 5times after few rings it changed to busy ringing tone

Same thing here: message with heavy Indian accent, "Justin" or "Mister" Brown, "State Investigation Agency" (there is no such thing), vague threats of fines and subpoenas and court dates and arrest, etc.

Calling for someone who died in 1997. Good luck with that!

Calles stated I owed the state of Michigan 2200.00 and if I didn't pay in an houre the police would be called and I be arrested

Its a scam. Same type of scam as the IRS is..
