Update on my above post. I was not arrested nor did I receive any warrant!!! It has been a week and I got another call from them 202-506-9199 Mike Anderson. You think they'd change their name. As I put in an above listing, They are very convincing but I was able to contact the IRS fraud department and here is my answer below - So don't be fooled as they really did shake me up.
