Someone keeps calling saying im going to be arrested or something could happen to me as they know where i work & live. I cant even understand what they are saying.
dude just call me saying he was alex a d his an attorney for the american cash something and he said something about issuing a warrant or file some lawsuit because i owe his company $445.27 cents? really? i was never approved for a payday loan that much the highest i got was not even half of that.. dude say go to walmart and wire him that money and he will sign and release a clearance ltter for me doing check cashing fraud? like really.. i have no idea what he was talking about. his was reading me all kind of law and [***].. get real
Same crap as the others. A very Indian sounding accent saying that he is from a Law Firm in DC and that there is a case filed against my Social for fraud.These are persistant insects who are trying to scam money from anyone by fear. They don't live in this country and don't know or care about our laws and ways working with claims. They also talk over you. I gave this Idiot my attorney's phone number but his arrogant answer was to have my attorny call him. DON'T SEND ANY MONEY!!! These people are theives.
I recieved a phone call today threating me with a lawsuit and said that i was gonna lose my full time jib and that i was going to jail for banking fraud and that the company that he was representing had giving me money which is not true they actually took money out of my account when they hung up they said god bless and good luck . known of what he said was true at all . and i am appauled that someone would do that and threaten that they wanted me to give them 8 to 9 thousands dollars and told me to get a lawyer and that the call was being monito0red by the federal goverment
