Someone keeps calling saying im going to be arrested or something could happen to me as they know where i work & live. I cant even understand what they are saying.
This man has been harassing me and threatening me that he is going to sue me if I do not pay an outstanding loan with Cash Advance. I never took out this loan and can't get him to stop calling.
OMG total scam - called them back after leaving me several messages - asked why they are calling my house - the idiot answered phone as attorney ??? I said you are not an attorney and why are you calling my house - he said point black "shut up [***] - you know why and you will be arrested at work tommorrow - I asked again what you are calling for and where are you calling from you sound quite foreign to me? he said [***] you and hung up - so I called again and he answered as winston assoc now - not vincent - I told that and said you are a bunch of cons - scammers - as I can hear some other guy yelling at a person in the background - hung up again and now will not answer my calls
Just got a call from this number. He asked me to let him finish his little spiel before I asked him any questions. After he finished he asked me if I had any questions. I told him that my husband was my attorney and he would want a copy of the affidavit that they were going to file against. He then said, "Your husband is your attorney?" When I said yes he told me, "In your f***ing dreams, retarded" and hung up the phone. I can't stand people like this. I do work for a litigation firm so I will be asking my boss what avenues I can take to make sure nothing like this happens again.
A man of middle eastern decent keeps calling me from this number .He states that there are legal actions going to be brought on me from his law office .He states his name is Attorney James Parker . none of the information he has on me is correct and he wants me to give him the correct information. If you can do something to stop this please do so other wise I will contact an attorney myself.
I have been receiving this phone calls recently and finally I was able to talk to this person name Kevin ,telling me that I will be soon arrested & losing my job and cursing over the phone .I did ask him their exact address and he hung up.Good luck!!!!
