Someone keeps calling saying im going to be arrested or something could happen to me as they know where i work & live. I cant even understand what they are saying.
I got a call today from a guy with a India accent or some crap from number (202)2398706. He said I owe some place called cash advance for a loan when I never even took one out. He started yelling at me and I yelled right back and he said there will be a warrant out for my arrest and if I'm on probation I need to let them know what's going on and to get a lawyer. So I called my lawyer and they said its a scam. He told me his name is Michael Davis so no one fall for this he is a damn loser and better not even call my phone back.
I just received a call from this phone number claiming that there are three counts against me. Is this a real legitimate law firm or is this some type of scam?
THIS PERSON WITH THIS INDIAN ACCENT KEEPS CALLING ME THREATING ME SAYING HE IS GONNA CALL MY JOB, FAMILY & FRIENDS IF I DONT HANDLE THIS MATTER & IF I DONT HE IS GONNA FILE A CASE AGAINST ME & ISSUE A WARRENT OUT FOR MY ARREST!!! HIS NAME IS KEVIN CALLING FROM WASHINGTON DC THE # IS 202-239-8706!! HE CALLS EVERYDAY!!! ITS CLEARLY A SCAM & I WISH THESE CALLS WOULD STOP!!!!
