Someone keeps calling saying im going to be arrested or something could happen to me as they know where i work & live. I cant even understand what they are saying.
They mofos called me today. I recently filed a chapter 7. They call me with my first na,e and y mothers maiden name-in which I challenged , because I do not sign documents with my mother's maiden name. I laughed , becuase she made a mistake addressing me with a wrong last name then she hung up. My bankcruptcy attorney said it is a scam. I don;t understand how they got my work cell though, because it's company cell phone and it is listed private.
the same guy called me 2-3 weeks ago and left the same message and that will be sent to court by 9am that following monday.I never called him back.he called me back i just hung up with him he claims our conversation was being recorded and he read off an affivdavit said they will be contacting my job,the local sheriff dept and he will be filing this claim in court by wednesday for fraudg all this for a 300.00$ loan i never apply for!!!
This is scam, they use VOIP. They threatened with jail, loss of my social security benefits, threatened loss of my job. This guy is an idiot, I am on SSI disability and have been for 12 years. I am trying to constantly get his number blocked, I refuse to change my number.
These are horrible, horrible people. I have filed a cmplaint with the FTC, called the police and sherrif's department as well.
This just happened to me today! He had my last four of my social and my current email address under my maiden name. The only reason I knew it was a scam is because I was just recently married, just moved into my new home with the new phone number and I have never applied for a payday loan online. I called him back and gave him my attorney's name and phone number. Let's see if he calls him....lol!
