Someone keeps calling saying im going to be arrested or something could happen to me as they know where i work & live. I cant even understand what they are saying.
I just received a call from this middle eastern clown clamining that his name is "Jeff Foster" and that there is a lawsuit against me and he said the last four of my social. I never called him back because I get calls from these creeps all the time but he left a long and detailed message saying if I dont call him back they were going to serve me at my workplace and file at the courthouse where I resign. Sure you are buddy!
Its a scam.. give it back to them by telling them your taking them to court and you are filing a lawsuit on them !! They have no right to threaten .. FTC regulations don't allow collections or those assuming to be lawyers threaten people.. give it back to them
Was called and threatned by Jeff Foster, who sounds very mid-eastern for that kind of name. Said they were filing a case against me, but would not tell me what for. I told him to email me the information, and to send it in the mail, never heard from him. Also told him if he ever contacted me again I would sue him. I filled out an online application for a cash advance, but never authorized it, but this is how he got my info.
I got a call tlking about not paying back some loan when I tlod him it was not true and I asked him for proff. he hung up . I will report him to the state of Maryland
