Who called from 2022399100

Have been getting a call from this number daily for the last two weeks. I never answer it as I don't recognize the number.

Heavy Foreign accent.Asked for my husband by his first name. I replied, "Close,", and apparently he had no idea what I meant, or what to say.Dead silence.I hung up. Called again 4 hrs later. I didnt answer. Guarantee it's a scam of some form. It's that time of year...:(
