They said i was entitled to recieve a Federal government funds money of $ 8,400! Of wich was tax free and i didn't need to pay back. They asked for my acct# and birthdate and address! They said it was a 1 time financial support! Told me to send $205.00 western union to a guy named Juliet Felipe to the philippines to a private organization tfor charity to the poor people!!! Since i was happy to be able to help the needy and i'm poor myself i know how it feels to be without food, i did it! Gave me a security number # AP150 to give to the next caller to confirm my identity! 202-470-1403 Allison Flant! Then she asked what i was going to use the money for? I said College! Then she said the Bank of New York was going to call mea guy named Mark Wilson called saying he needed for me to make a western union deposite to identify my identity, that i would recieve this money back in my bank account after 15 minutes! That he would stay on the line with me to make sure i would recieve the money at any Atm so i can check my balance! He asked me to send $499.00 through western union to a guy named Antonio Ramos!!! Then after i gave him the numberMTCN# from the western union reciept i was told he would call me back in 15 minutes! He said it was to much money and he couldn't transfer it o my account until 7:30pm wich never happened and he callex me the next day saying he was sorry and that he wasn't able to transfer it to my account so i had to recieve it through Western union! And asked me to go to a western union store and to call him when i got there that he would give me the # to claim my government funds money but that in order to recieve it i would have to pay a recieving fee of 800 dollars just for a few seconds so he could process the money into my name!!! I'm furious ddon't know why there is people out there that can do this and take advantage of us especially when we believe its for reals and you have a dream like me to be able to go to college and have a better future!!! FRAUD!!!!! FRAUD!!!!

Today 12-7-12 This guy with a heavy middle eastern accent just called me asking my name? I said yes he says you have been randomly selected by the United States Government to receive a grant of $7,800 from the U.S government grant department um..yea couldn't understand him. He says I can get the grant sent to my credit card, bank account, or Western Union. I'm like so you don't need any personal info like SSN? Everytime I asked him to repeat himself he said "See ma'am" I'm like so this is real what's your name? He says all I need to get my grant is to go to the "Western Union Store" take my cell phone, picture I.D and $225 security deposit which would be refunded and I have to pay nothing back. Before I go into the "Western Union Store" call 202-697-9989 but "What ever I do do not disclose any information about this to anyone not, family, friends or people at western union. So you mean to tell me I can't even say I've received a grant from the U.S Government grant department? He says no how soon can you get to the Western Union Store? You need to go before 7 est time. I heard him out to see what more foolishness he would say. I wasn't falling for it. He called from a 700 # and redirected me to the 202 # I called that 202 # and told them this is a scam, I don't believe you and he said ma'am who told you this is a scam? who told you this is a scam? This is Not a scam. DON'T FALL FOR THIS PEOPLE, I didn't I googled this directly after and what do you know know government grant would ever be sent to you in this way.
That same # called me as well stated that I was chosen to receive the grant b'cause I hadn't filed bankruptcy, huh...what the h-e-l-l!!! These people need to b stopped cause what does me not filing bankruptcy have to do with the grant, when I started asking these kind of questions she panicked and hung up, had someone else call but I was on to them and told them I wasn't interested and hung up! What's wrong with these people It's Christmas for God sake!
So this number keeps coming up as name unavailable and the #5......they kept calling until I finally answered...said I had been selected to receive $8,000 in grant money.....all I had to do was pay $180 to receive it...yeah right...Iknew it was a scam from jump ....they finally hung up on me....looked up the number....it was a new York number.....he said his name was Justin Williams. And HR was in Washington DC....don't believe the hype y'all...SCAM SCAM SCAM
