Definitely a scam. When I called them back at this number, the person on the other end did not even look up my number and started saying that I owe taxes.

This guy has an Indian accent and identified himself as Jason. Watch out!
Says he is from IRS and a criminal case has been filed against me for fraud with IRS. must settle right away lest cops would be at my door step in half hour with arrest warrants. I must make payment with a Debit card.Obviously a scam.I hung up.
Just got a call. Identified himself as IRS chief Investigator. Indian accents. He said agents will be there in one hour and I told him to send the agents right now as I am waiting. He hung up after some filthy language. Scam written all over it.
Right Indian accent-he calls me at my work this morning and said criminal charges has been filled against me - and my wife for IRS fraud- He said He is an officer from the IRS and he will send the police to arrest both of us if we do not make payment. SCAM
