Definitely a scam. When I called them back at this number, the person on the other end did not even look up my number and started saying that I owe taxes.

•If you don’t owe taxes, call and report the incident to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at 800-366-4484.
•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.
My wife received this call today and this is definitely a scam. There were 2 people on the call threatening that she will be arrested if she hung up. These guys define try had indian accent.

This looked 100% fake, but why this type of people can't be located. What common people could do is just posting on internet. Atleast IRS should do something to stop these people from disgracing its name.
This type of scam started again. When I call back they are not answering. Can somebody in that area 202 report or find who is the caller, and who allowed them to do all this. I will call IRS on above provided numbers and request their resources to stop this. How come some people do this fraud and ask money to send them. They should be tracekd and stopped.
