My disabled mother in law got a call from this number today. Claiming to be IRS and threatening her with legal action. Called 3 times in an hour. I called it back went to VM. Pathetic.

There is a fairly common IRS or "tax scam" being practiced by scammers in both Canada and the USA.

This number just called my grandmother but I was the one to pick up. They said it's the IRS Tax Crime something something (I don't remember) and demands my grandmother to pay $650 to the Government 35 Bond. Is this [***] even real? I searched up what such thing this Government 35 Bond is and nothing came up.
