Received call at 10:52 pm claiming to be FBI the Federal Bureau of Investigators which made me laugh. Said I needed to claim a prize of 2.5 million. Then said he had a search warrant. I told him that didn't make any sense. He then said he would come over to my house and make me claim my prize.

You might want to report them also, impersonating a officer is a crime, let alone the criminal style threat it made. Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
