received a call from Logan Smith special agent with Crime Investigation Div, Federal Debt ID 15938 a warrant for my arrest is issued and call back asap
I got 7 messages about a warrant for my arrest--the person's accent is so thick I could hardly understand him. It is so annoying and so fake. No officer who has a warrant calls you--they just knock on your door and arrest you. This is a scam-do not call back.
same thing. this guy wanted me to have a check ready for him in the amount of 3000.00 to "settle the bill that I owed to the IRS" be carefull...he is using alot of scare tactics!
-The same guy called saying he is Logan Smith , arrest warrant for my wife. Only first name mentioned. Heavy accent but not indian. Maybe philippino. We are also romanians, so there may be some connection here. We did not call back, the guy is too stupid to be taken seriously. We wrote an e-mail to the FBI reporting the scam.
