Who called from 2022414905

I just received a call from 202-241-4905 a Jim Arthur with a warrant for my 12 year old sons arrest. Thank you for setting up this site! I near had a stroke. It just so happens that I was randomly selected by the state to provide all sorts of information such as birth certificates and SS numbers W2's and pay stubs to prove my children are mine. This call on top of that threw me for a loop!

I got the same call from "Jim Authur" of the Crime Investigation Division Special Agent 1593 saying that a warrant has been issued for my husband (well, at least it's not for me- LOL).... how ridiculous.  And, yes, he had a very heavy foreign accent.  Also, I am not foreign, nor do I have a foreign last name,  so it seems he targets anyone who might bite.

My father got a call saying it is from IRS division that he is wanted for tax fraud!

We just got two calls and messages today from this number, with the same name, Jim Arthur with the bad indian accent and saying it's urgent and all the blah blah above. We are romanians too, yeah looks like he calls mostly romanians. I imediately searched online and I thank God people posted something and I found out quick whats going on without calling him back. Thanks
