A man me and gave me this code and then gave me this number here 347-983-9728 and said they was giving me 9,200.00 but they want me to give them 210.00 and I will get the total of 9,410.00 back and the man that I talked to name was Jack Cooper so what should one do when they get calls like that or how do we know if its true
A message was left on our answering machine and said the same thing that is posted here " A lawsuit was filed in your name (whose name, I don't know, they did not specify) call back before it goes to the courthouse, huh????. Good thing I checked here first, while I thought it was a scam this really reassured me. I won't be calling them but I just hope they don't call my number again.
Jack Pooper, or Jack Cooper, called on behalf of some agency. Wanted money for a fraud I or someone committed somewhere. He had a heavy Middle Eastern or South Asian accent. In the background was traffic honking and Muslim prayer calls. Likely Muslim terrorists trying to raise funds for their peaceful activities. I hung up on this scam monkey.
