Who called from 2022471239

Scam call ... IRS services threatening to sue . The IRS doesn't operate this way.

It came up on my caller id as Emiio Herrera. In case anyone needs it for legal matters :)

I've received two calls as well and didn't call back. Didn't sound legit anyway.

I received a message from 202-247-1239 indicating that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against us.  This is a Washington DC area code.  I know the IRS does not file lawsuits but called anyway.  A male with a foreign accent answered from a call center.  He asked for my phone number, I gave it to him,  He asked for my name, I gave it to him.  He asked for the last four numbers of my social security number, I asked what the purpose of the call was.  He hung up.  From what I can tell, the call is a scam.
