I just received a call from this number. saying "This is the last attempt by the IRS to contact you. We are filing a lawsuit against you. Please call 202-247-1239." I called and it automatically answered but I could hear people talking with an Indian accent in the background. I said Hello, and someone seemed to asnwer but couldn't hear me because they said hello a few times and hung up. I called back and after many rings it seemed that an automatic system picked up again. This time I listened to the talking in the background. They were talking and laughing and seemed to be Indian. I couldn't understand the language. After a little while I hung up. I assume they would probably be asking me for money if I actually spoke to someone. Be careful. This is clearly a scam and they may not even be in the US
