Some arab guy just called me and said i owe the irs money

An arab guy told me i owe money to the irs i said put someone american on the phone i cant understand you.. He said [***] you and hung up on me.. I called back 6 times and the phone kept ringing

Caller ID says Emilio Herrera. Message is an automated female voice telling me that "the reason of this call is the IRS has case against...you...please call back on 202-247-1239.  The Internal Revenue Services...blah, blah, blah."  If you don't know my name and you can't get the name of the agency correct, Internal Revenue Service, it isn't a plural, I can't be bothered to call you back.  Scared my daughter who was sure someone was going to haul me off to jail.

Has called numerous times today telling me I owed money to IR S. Gave his name as Herrera Emilio.  Has strong foreign accent.

Got 2 calls and an automated voicemails today saying I needed to call back immediately regarding a case file issue, called the number back and no one answered. Did a reverse phone lookup and it's an IRS scam. Disregard number and block
