He advised me that I was one of very few individuals who qualified for and to whom the U.S. Government was giving a $7,000 grant to. Purposes for which were not specific. Dude wanted my routing and account number to send the money to. I declined and advised they could Western Union the money to me. I was given 646-504-3790 to call and given a confirmation number to provide for the grant money delivery
