Complete scam call from someone claiming to be with the Department of Treasury. Claimed his name was Chester Benn.

Got the same!  Very upsetting. There should be a way these should be stopped!

Scam  - calling everyone with your name and address, pretending to be from the Federal Government. Indian male, when calling back it is a home phone messaging machine.
