Just got a call from this number saying they were with U.S. Govt. and I was eleigible for a free $9,000 loan that I didn't have to pay back. At least, that's what I could understand because accent was too thick. Told them they would have to have somebody call me back that I could understand and hung up. Called phone # back three times and got a very fast busy signal each time. Some sort of scam!!
I just received a call from the number. I was told I had been selected for a $9K government grant. When I asked why I was selected and I knew nothing about this, the caller went into their usual scam talk. I asked to be removed from the call list and the only response I received was a constant repetition of "F you." Why can't these numbers be traced back to the caller via the internet?
Received a call from this number, said I was selected to get a $9,000 grant from the government and I would receive in 45 minutes and I had to give them a credit card or bank account information. I told them I wasn't going to give them any information about my bank or a credit card and said it was a scam and hung up.
