This is because, most likely, the number displayed is SPOOFED, meaning its a FAKE NUMBER (and name) generated by a computer to HIDE the real number. This is a favorite tactic of SCAMMERS and SPAMMERS.
It's a cruise scam "survey. They left me a voice message with a few numbers to punch, including an opt out. Say what? I'm gonna punch some numbers from an unknow source? DUH!!!
He won't get a virus on his phone by punching numbers in, but the crooks will get a confirmation that his phone is live for robocalls from filthy boiler rooms in South Asia, South East Asia, Belize, etc.
i got the survey today ,so I think is a scame too. They told me that I just won a cruise to Bahamas and they will call me back in 2-3 days to book the trip.
