The Telephone Consumer Protection Act is only enforceable in the US....DUH!! These people are DEFINITELY not going to use their actual NUMBER on the call. They have about a dozen embedded shell companies with the end result being in another COUNTRY. Also, the Do Not Call registry only works for SALES CALLS!!! If they are not SELLING you anything, it doesn't apply......period!! If the caller is performing "mareketing research" or calling you regarding a consumer product availble because you are a "member", those ARE NOT COVERED by the DNC registry.
The trick to getting it close to stopped is to not just report the call to the DNC but to also fine a formal complaint on-line with the FCC. It seems to work for me.

Those registries are not jokes. As soon as one is put down, more crop up to replace them. It is something that is never ending. If your time is so very "precious", then buy yourself a call block app and use it!
