Got 3 calls today, every time they could give me no information. Could not even tell me the correct state I live in. They asked my name I said John Smith. They replayed with yes it's you. Then they said they are going to send the police, Q:asked what the wanted A: my attorneys information.
2 calls about 30 minutes apart with same recorded messages today when I picked up the phone, that the IRS has filed a law suit and it was our final message to avoid problems. To call 202-352-5195 promptly.
Just got this call. Did not call them back. Know it's a scam, but still a little disconcerting. I love to mess with them, too. I usually tell them I am in a nursing home and would they come visit me. Act like I am a little out of it. They hang up.
