Received call from this number claiming to be IRS agent wanting immediate payment or a Federal arrest warrant would be issued. This is a scam. So happens that I had already received a letter from the IRS regarding additional interest owed. It was a nominal amount-already paid, and the check had cleared the bank. The amount they claimed was far in excess of what I really owed.
I just received a call from the number...left a message that they were filing a lawsuit against me...! Received January 21, 2016 @ 1:55pm.
Called the number back..no answer...called again..Jack the foreigner answered..I hung up!
