Chrystal go straight to your bank and have them issue you a new bank card. What ever you do, please don't waste another minute or day. GOD only knows what they are going to do next.
If you go to a website to buy something, let's say a PC...sometimes you get offered free trials of things that you have to cancel after the trial period or be billed for. Of course, none of us ever really read the fine print, then by the time we notice it on our bank statement we can't remember what it could be connected to. They get your card from the company you were buying something from in the first place (like the PC).
I've been billed forever for virus protection. Never could get a response to cancel via phone method.
I filled out the form on their website to cancel and got an answer back in a little over 24 hours.
Not a bad way to try out new products, if you are the kind of person who can remember to cancel them during the free trial. I am not one of those people myself.
Hit my card as well. My account says it is TB system mechanic for the amount of $4.99. Never authorized any kind of purchase for this sytem from my account.
