How does one start a class action? Maybe thats how we get our money back.

I have been charged for this "service" (whatever it is) for the past few months.  I have made numerous attempts to contact them and cancel with no results.  I have also contacted the better business bureau and filed a complaint and asked for my money back.  I suggest everyone else do the same.  I'm sick of being stolen from.  It took a while to track down the correct BBB and company that owns this service so I'll make it easier on you!  Anyone interested in doing this can go to:

If as many people as possible file complaints against them hopefully it will stop.

The BBB straightened it out, whatever it was is cancelled and they refunded all the money they took!

I also found this charge on my credit card: (202)446-1821.

I HAVE NEVER SIGNED UP FOR A MONTHLY FEE FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY OTHER COMPANY. WHO IS THIS COMPANY?? HOW DID THEY GET MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER??
