Been coming from this number at least 2x/day for several days now.
Just don't answer any calls from toll free numbers (it's usually spam calls) or from any other number that you don't recognize (including this one in 202). Let them roll to your voice mail. And certainly ignore anything that does not have a complete name/company and phone number showing up on your Caller ID. And ignore anything that doesn't look right on the Caller ID, as there are a bunch of spoofed numbers.
Tell Mom and Dad, Grandma and Grandpa, not to just pick up the phone because it rings.
When you get call with a caller-id you do not recognize, don't say anything (like Hi, hello)- wait a few seconds; if you do not hear any noise, something that will tell you someone is at the other end, - hung up.. It is a robocall; these are activated when you say something as you answer the call.
