I have come to realize when these scams come up with a person's name it is because they cloned the number of that person so you don't know why they are. It happened to me. I called my telephone provider and they said they can't do anything but let me change my number. Ridculous with most people there are numerous people that are legimate that have your number and it would be a mess to make sure all knew the new number.
