Who called from 2024928816

2nd call in two day from different number, same area code. Claiming the IRS has a lawsuit against me. Don't answer. It's a total scam.

Just received a recorded message from (202) 492-8816
Washington, DC saying this was a final notice from the IRS. This is a fake, please be careful.

i got called from a different number yesterday and i was in tears because they told me there was a warrant out for my arrest. scared the crap out of me. then i get the same call but from this number. stupid people.

I got a  phone call this morning from this # and with a caller ID displayed name of William  Shawn.The woman's voice said this was an official notice from the IRS of the filing of a law suit against me. The message was left in my voice mail as I never pick up messages from unknown callers. Caution this scam is back again  in the DC area. This is their third attempt to get me .I already reported it to the IRS division in charge of these scams.
