I have received multiple calls from this number as well, however, today i decided to call them back as they have never left a message. The recording says that "they" purchase business listings and that they are sorry if they reached my number in error. After that i was given the option to press "1" and have my number removed from their list. I hope this helps us all.
Hey.. not only have I called it back, but I pressed the "key" to be taken off the list. It has to do with new financing for your business- so they say. Yet, they continue to call!!! So Annoying!
I got a call from this number today and I don't know anyone who lives in Washington, DC. No message was left. I live in Canada and I am on a national no call list for solicitors.
I, too, have been getting 3 & 4 calls at a time from 202-495-7127. If I pick up there is either no answer or I get the "warrantee expired on your car" gimmick. HELLLOOOOO, Telus, I am paying good money to your phone company to be pestered by this organization. Shouldn't Telus be doing something about investigating and blocking this group. AND, NO Telus, I am not paying you a dime more so you can block the call on my phone alone. It is an invasion of privacy and Telus should be dealing with it. I live in BC.
i got the call today and it was a warranty voice mail...i called the number back to see if i could remove my number but it said that the number was not in working order? go figure! wishing you all luck! take care
