I have received multiple calls from this number as well, however, today i decided to call them back as they have never left a message. The recording says that "they" purchase business listings and that they are sorry if they reached my number in error. After that i was given the option to press "1" and have my number removed from their list. I hope this helps us all.
They have called me twice, once on my home phone and the second on my cell phone. On the call to my cell phone I asked them what vehicle they were calling about and they didn't know. They hung up on me when I insisted on knowing which vehicle they were calling about.
202-495-7127 is Car warranty and the same offering won free trip. They still call after you ask Do Not Call. Their other phone number is 909 842 9107 (C.Cali, possibly Catharine, Ontario California) 909 842-9176. They have other numbers and have called for months. I guess I will have to return their calls until they get the message at their prime time. :) I have been return call: Mutual Consolalidated Savings " reduce your interest rate" also. If enough people get upset, they might not be able to phone and they'll get the message. Remember "Do onto others as they do on to you":)

Who are these people?
I am on a do not call list in Canada but this does not seem to stop telemarketers from the US.
I do not answer these calls but they are frequent and annoying. They never leave a message but often call multiple times at 5-10 minute intervals.
I am going to do what was suggested in another post, try to block this number with my telephone company.
