I called back. Asked for Tax Id number. He said something. I said so you are not really the government agency. He said "Go f@%^ yourself" Yes indeed fraud.

This guy says he is an IRS agent and they're working with local Sheriff's Department to issue an arrest warrant to catch me because I did not respond to their notice and phone calls and because I willfully miscalculated IRS taxes. My wife was also scared when she checked their recorded phone messages at home and urged me to return their call quickly. I was astonished for a minute and then realized it should be a scam and found it is. He has a strong Indian accent and couldn't understand what he was saying unless really paying attention to it.
