I should have know, but got worried anyway. Julie was not there when I called and I thought any minute they would ask for the SS#, but never did.
They said some UFC# and the amount, but said it was to late to get paperwork, since the warrant had already been made for my arrest.
I'm glad I found this web site and will look here more often.

Received a voice mail message on my home phone from "Julie Smith" of the IRS indicating legal action if I did not call back. It was a recorded message from 202-241-7549. I called to see if anyone would answer. A female answered with another name and said she was with the IRS. I stated that this was not an IRS listed number to her several times at which she said something like having a police officer call me and than hung up. Scam obviously.
9/10/14 looks like Julie Smith changed her phone number. My call was from 202-506-8392. Content was the same. It was received on my parents' answering machine. They are in their 90's on fixed incomes and haven't paid taxes for about 30 years so i knew it was a bogus call.
