Please go to deceive someone else. A guy with Indian accent calling me to pay to IRS for tax evasion. Really? what kind of scam are you trying to score now?
They not only call with this caller ID, but they use 202-506-9319 even more. I, too have been called on a holiday. Yeah, this call is traced to a Magic Jack. Internal Revenue is not using a Magic Jack. I can't believe they said "Take Care" What a Moron!
202-506-8501 was the number that called . Recording telling me I owe IRS money and to call back. Funniest thing was at the end of the call the automated voice say "thanks and take care" lol.
The caller pretended to be from IRS. She asked me to call back, otherwise she will take legal action (she called allegation). Then she said goodbye and take care. She spoke slowly with an accent, as though she was reading from a note.
I got the exact same msg. Total BS. I called her back just to give her some [***]. She was super rude. I had fun with her anyway. gave her a bunch of made up information, pretended to cry, fearful and sad.. ha ha ha ha.. I didn't give any type of ss number though. She has a crappy job.
Received call on our landline 10:14 a.m. PST 5/29/14. A pre-recorded message, nearly indecipherable, was left by a woman or spam-bot. I did make out the words "time-sensitive, ""officer," "IRS," and to call back, "goodbye" and "take care." We pay our taxes on time. Whatever.
