he says he was representing a law firm ( wouldn't tell me the name of it ) and i was facing felony charges about a payday loan ( which i did not make ) he knew my bank name and even had my social security number.  called my bank and there is no record of any payday loan direct deposits from either of the companies he claimed i had used.
