I too have been getting these calls for weeks every morning around 8am. They don't leave a message and I have never tried calling back. This is on my landline. But... the name on caller ID is Wm Malone not octothorpe.
they have called over 20 times in the past two days. i have pulled my phone records and im filing charges. the more you call the better my case looks..thanks
This number was calling in today while I was on the phone with Fed Ex, don't know if there is a connection. Because we had a death in the family overnight, I immediately called the number back thinking it was an out-of-town relative. It rang once and that was it...nothing.
I have gotten Calls from 3 different people.
Numbers are:
760 282 0260 Callers from this number are Crissy Margins and Mike Anderson. Number located in Barstow, Ca
202 540 5120 showed up on my caller id and the person was Jimmy Grey but the number he said to call back to was 882 327 7404. The 202 number located in Washington, Dc and the 882 not sure, rings once then nothing.
They are all Saying I took out a loan and it's associated with my SS# and They need to speak to my attorney because they have an affidavit for me. I try to get more info and they hang up on me. I told them to send me something on paper and they said they would be at my job the next day with their attorney. They also all have deep accents.
Guess I have nothing to add to the above discussion except the date . . . it continues. I did not get a fax sound, if there is no response after a few seconds I hang up.
Since not too many people know what this it means I thought maybe someone I know was calling. My damn U.S. rep sometimes calls with anonymous numbers from 202 A/C for a townhall meeting or I would have ignored it.
