This caller scammed me! I realized the second I hung up the phone and went straight to my bank. I changed ALL my passwords to everything through my phone, which changed them all on my computer. I deleted all files they installed. Uninstalled everything. Changed some passwords a couple times throughout the day just in case. I updated my computer after I made all the changes. My computer seems to be running properly, but tomorrow I think I'm going to take it in to a shop and have them double check to make sure. Such scary stuff....
