Thanks. Just found Amazon carries a Panasonic phone that stores and blocks 250 numbers, and I can set the first ring to be silent. That should work for my landline. You may want to add that to your helpful list.

Your welcome! I use a device myself because they are small but more so for the fact they will block upwards of 1500, whole area codes and can also block unknown & private name & numbers now. Starts around 38.00 and up for blocking devices. So far I like it! :)
