Ditto. Denver area; caller couldn't speak in a complete sentence; when I called back after hours, phone just rang and
rang.

Same here in MA.  Caller sounded Nigerian. said that I was under investigation for Tax Evasion. Please call back to settle the matter before I am arrested!  Lol OK

scam, pretended to be IRS. I repeated calling this number...... the guy initially said IRS, then said Mark, then busy line.

The same here, I was told a lawsuit had been filed against me for tax evasion. I said "oh GOOD" and then hung up!  I think it was a robo call.

I Called the number..and verified they are in india and they speak hindi. I gave them a mouthful and they ran.
