they buy debts from att telephone co. and other places and worry you to death after it has been settled some tme ago they need to get a job a doing labor work
I want to report the same incident to someone.My # is on DO NOT CALL LIST. But somehow this phone # keeps appearing on my caller ID at leat once per day. It's also BCR. I never called them, and I don't want to waist my time calling them. But, It's a nuissance to have them keep calling. I was told that i can report them to district attorney's office.

Report to your D.A. or to your State Representatives and Attorney General. Do not send a letter to the address that has been posted on here. BUT make sure you give that address and all telephone numbers that you have to the people listed in this message.
I was called by the same number.... noone was on the phone.
This number has nothing to do with ATT or cingular. And to clarify a few points: SBC (based in Dallas) consolidated many of its wireless services into Cingular, then SBC bought ATT wireless and brought them into the Cingular name. Then they did something totally stupid (among all the other things they did to destroy landline phone service), they bought the rest of ATT and instead of crushing it as they should have, they kept the ATT name and let the fools who destroyed ATT and the American phone system in the first place run the new ATT.
