Many of the phone calls seem to be about delinquent cell #'s. Don't you think maybe the cell companies may have a huge part in all of this. I don't think BCR or whatever their name might be, are pulling these #'s out of a hat. Some jerkwater cell company hasn't done their damn job. Evidently the cell # was not deactivated or cleared before giving to a new customer. I get this call once or twice every 2 weeks. I "never" answer.
They are a collection outsource company for Cell One. they are calling from India! I do not deal with companies that outsource their calls and take jobs away from Americans! They are rude! We ask where they are located and they hang up and then call back. If you ask a question, the phone is passed to another India who can't speak English! I hate companies like them.
I've been getting calls from them for 3 months or so... and they always seem to call at 8-9 in the morning or from 6-7 at night... I only answered once when they kept calling... the man on the other end was really rude and was asking for this random person... I never picked up since I don't know anyone from D.C. where these numbers all back trace to. Here are some of the numbers they call from:
