Received an automated voicemail from 234-302-5330 stating that the IRS has been trying to contact me and this is my final warning. Stated that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and that I need to call immediately at 202-618-1898. I figured it was a scam, so I tried to call the number to see what it was about. Just went straight to voicemail. No identification of who the person/what department was. Blocked the number that called me.
I have received a similar call from 202 618 1898 for IRS final notice that it is going to put a law suit against me personally. I called this number today 11 18 2014 got a male voice but as soon as he knew what I asked for HE hung up the phone and gone
what is this problem?

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
I received one call yesterday A.M.from 124-306-5930 and one this A.M. from 930-562-3621. I assumed it was a scam but I'm glad you're here to verify my feelis.
