I got the same phone call telling me that I have 7000 in free money grant from the goverment. They had my name and address already... The girl on the phone wanted my checking account and or credit card # but did not gave her any info. She went on and gave me a number of Devine Sustin so that she can send me a check.... DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO!!!!
They call me too I knew it wasn't true. It sucks cause i really need the money for college and they told me to call back at (202)621-0554 and ask for JANET MORRIS.
Omg yeah this broken english hindu guy called me and told me to call that [***]. she also had a very bad accent!!!! they had my address... but the guy asked me if i wanted the $7,000 sent to me in cash or directly to my acct. i said to him send it in cash (just to see what he ws gonna say) so he gave me a "code" and a # to call JANET MORRIS. Do NOT give out your acct info! #DefinatelySCAM!
i recieved a call from richard shakur ;stating that i had qualified to recieve 7000 from the government and that i needed to send then 290.00 for a processing fee the # is 1-202-436-9677 and this is the supervisior no # and his name is mark robinson and he also wanted me to call him when i got to the western union store.
Just received the same call and to call back the same Ph # only the Supervisors name is Kelly Brown. I'm kinda bored today so I went with the flow and acted like I was really receiving $7,000 to spend on what I want and there is no obligation to payback the GRANT> haha. They want me to run to Western Union and call back to get the instructions on how to wire the funds $280 +$10 Western Union fee. But they have the worst reason why I have to send them money. It's going to a charity foundation that helps homeless kids living in American with basic health care, clothes & school supplies. These people are complete scum. They're trying to take advantage of hard working American's who most of us are living from paycheck to paycheck trying to support their family or themselves and they want to steal our hard earned money. DON"T GET FOOLED BY THESE IDIOTS!!!!
I've been getting these calls for days. Today was FINALLY a woman I could understand. They all have ridiculously strong accents. She already had my name and address but I didn't give her any info. I let her talk so I could understand why these people keep calling me. She gave me a call-back number of 202-620-0554 saying I could get a $7000 grant. My caller ID says they're calling from Portsmouth, NH.
