This number has called my cell phone 3 times today. The second time, I answered. A woman with a foreign accent said she was calling from Washington, DC. I hung up and she called back 1 more time and then I had a message but nothing was left. I could hear the same noise in the background so I am sure it was the same person. I will not answer the phone if there is a number that I do not recognize!
Called me a several time also and then i decided to pick up. same process.. says i'll won a grant for 7k and gave id number told me to call another number to confirm things (that number doesn't work). I just find it to be a scam. my guy had an Indian accent.
I just got a call from this number. When I answered they asked for someone other than me? They couldn't pronounce my name correctly. Told him no one was here by that number...He asked me why did I pick him up??? I knew what he meant and said he called me and I answered, there is no one here by that name. He was trying to harass me. What a moron.
I have been getting a call from this number for the past month, so I decided today I would have a good laugh …. I had read some place about someone doing this so I decided to have fun here goes Me: Hello? Hello ? Caller : Yes this is the government calling and you have been chosen for (Monies) Me: Hmmm.. Tell me more ( I’m whispering in the back ground roll it , track it, ) Me: yes please go on …… Caller : Blah Blah Blah Blah …. Me: Mam this is LT Wong with the Dallas homicide I would like you to know that we have been tracing this call and are in contact with the local Sheriff & State Troopers as we speak you have called a phone that was involved in a terrible shooting we have 6 victims that are dead and we are going to have to question you .. Caller ..hmmmmm click ...... I have never laughed so much ……. Wonder if they will call again ……
