I got a call just a few hours ago sayin the exact same things but I need to take 265.00 to western union and I would get my 7765.00 back in 10 to 15 min. I thought my day was going good. Then decided to look up the area code and I have found all this out.
Got a call from these people offering me a loan for $7500.00 if I sent them money. I asked them when does free grant cost money. They became very defensive and rude.
DO NOT CALL,This is nothing but a big crock of "S".
They called me and told me the same as all the others,so i looked up the # befor i called to see if was
for real and i am glad i did.my advice is "IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE" it probably is a scam.

I got the same call from 530-559-1657, informing me that the government has selected me among 1700 other people to receive a grant of $7500. I tried to call back the same number, and the line was disconnected. they have also gave me another number to call back on and give them the code they provided me, and that number is 202-657-4439. So beware
I got a call today saying I was selected to receive 7500 dollars for a government grant they used two different numbers so far their been four different names involved in this scam .they told me to send them 289.00 and I would get it back if sent western union
