I have received 4 calls between yesterday June 23 and today June 24. It is currently 8:03am pacific time. No one speaks when I pick up. They have left no messages. When I call the number back, I get a recorded message that all circuits are busy.
Called this morning, left no message so it can't be for legitimate business purposes. Caller ID only says District of Columbia so it's likely a cellular number.
