I got the phone call, gave tjem an empty prepaid visa card number I had. 4 hours later had a new balance of 8250 dollars on it. Still skeptical. But would never give them my bank or real credit card numbers.

I just got a call from this number (202)666-7272 and the first thing was I couldn't understand but every few words. Then he wouldn't answer any of my questions about anything just kept telling me I had been randomly selected for doing a survey over the phone back in December. When I told him I hadn't done any phone surveys he told me I had been selected for not having any criminal record the past 6-12 months and if I wanted my money he would need all my bank numbers (routing, checking etc) I then asked him to just please send me the money via paper check and he said that was not how the government worked and he had to have my bank numbers. When I told him he couldn't have my bank number he just hung up.
