202-684-3195; caller ID also reads same number: 202-684-3195. unwelcomed and unsolicited. Caller fails to leave a professional message and caller fails to leave a credible caller ID name. Don't participate. just blog your own call experience for others.
so far just one call, said hello and 30 seconds later a male said hello to which I did not answer and he hung up. I only answered because I thought it strange that the number was showing in the caller ID spot as well.
Calls are from a call center. "The call you received was concerning local political issues and was not a sales call." No explanation for why the multiple calls or where the call center is located (but it is very likely not from Washington DC - they're just trying to get you to answer).
